Student may learn in detail start from Battery, Engine driven Generator System, Distribution Buses and distribution terminals up to electrical loads such as starter and lighting, etc. Provided also with cockpit panel for indicators, switches and Circuit Breakers etc. Instructor may insert faults in one or more equipments throught instructor/fault panel

The AVIATEK 28V Aircraft Electrical System Trainer (with dual Alternator) AE42-24D is a Trainer System proposed to simulate 28 Volt Electrical System installed in a modern multi engine aircraft. The Trainer is provided with dual aircraft battery, dual alternator driven by dual electrical motor, Primary bus, Avionics bus, distribution terminal, AC Bus with inverter up to electrical load including starter, lighting and avionics load, etc. Student my practice the control through typical cockpit panel consist of indicators, switches and Circuit Breakers. Instructor may insert faults in one or more equipments through instructor/fault panel

Wire Harness Practical Trainer AE-40-2
The AVIATEK Wire Harness Practical Trainer AE-40-2 is a Trainer provides hands-on practice to students for fabricating, installing, and reapiring aircraft wire harness. The exercises are designed to provide training that would prepare the steudents to comply with FAA AC43-13 and EASA Part 66 Module 7 requirements.
The panel allows preparation and routing between two points on the panel while following the standard and approved aircraft maintenance practices. The trainer allows learning of Wire Routing Techniques through holes, bulkheads, floors, hot/engine area, fuel area or structural members. The consumables will need replenishment for regular use
